Do you have a hotel group rate?
Agents of Change attendees are welcome to a limited special group rate. Traditional guest rooms are available for $309 per night and government rate rooms are available for $199 per night during the Agents of Change Summit. The government room block will sell out very quickly, so please reserve your room early to secure the rate. There will be complimentary basic guest room internet for rooms booked within the group block.
Will meals be provided?
Breakfast and lunch each of the 2 days of the Summit are included to all attendees. There will be healthy options, vegetarian options, and plenty of snacks and coffee throughout the 2 days. Contact info@AgentsOfChangeSummit.org for additional inquiries.
How should I get my boss to approve my travel?
We want to make sure we help you share your excitement about Agents of Change with leadership. We've prepared a travel request template to make it easier to get your travel and attendance approved for what will be a game-changing public health conference. We look forward to your participation and are excited to welcome you as a member of our Agents of Change community. Download the travel request template here.
Can I pay by check?
Yes, please select the “ACH (bank transfer)” option in the Payment Info section during your registration process. You will then fill in the information from a voided check. Your registration will be confirmed via email once payment has been received. Please contact info@AgentsOfChangeSummit.org for additional inquiries.
I need to change my registration.
Registration can be transferred to another attendee by emailing info@AgentsOfChangeSummit.org. Transfers must be made by January 31, 2025 and will incur a change fee of $50.
Do you have a student rate?
We are able to offer a student registration to young professionals or full-time students under 25 years of age and must have a .edu email address. If you fall into this, we ask you to please bring a valid ID onsite during check-in.
Do you offer stipends, scholarships, or honorariums?
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide any financial assistance but we encourage you to speak to your employer about supporting this professional development opportunity. Download the travel request template here. The lead presenter for each accepted breakout session will receive a registration discount.
Who is the government rate available to?
The government rate is only available to employees of a national/federal, state, provincial, or local government entity. Please register using your .gov, .mil, or comparable email address. Bring an employer issued government ID or letter on official government letterhead stating employment status onsite during check-in.
What does sponsored breakout mean?
Due to the high cost of operating the Summit, for-profit organizations that wish to present at the Summit are asked to help cover these costs. One of the available levels of sponsorship includes the opportunity to lead a Sponsored Breakout Session. To do so, the abstract process outlined above must be followed and if selected, a sponsorship fee applies. Many public health conferences offer this type of sponsorship opportunity. For additional sponsorship opportunities or questions please contact info@AgentsOfChangeSummit.org.
I'm interested in sponsoring the Summit.
The Agents of Change Summit will offer a limited number of sponsors the opportunity to showcase their work in health behavior change while engaging like-minded individuals, government agencies, corporations and foundations in collaboration and partnership opportunities. Become a Summit sponsor and claim your place as a leader in behavior change today. Please email info@AgentsOfChangeSummit.org for information.
I'm interested in speaking at the Summit.
If you’d like to propose a speaker, please email info@AgentsOfChangeSummit.org information on why you think AOCS would be a good fit and a link or two to recent speaking engagements.
